Full rebuild with verified citations

We replaced the first version of the site (June to September 2026). Its dictionary entries were short, followed one template, and cited the Qur'an and Sunnah only in general terms. Every entry has been rewritten around numbered references that are checked against the source text, labelled by what the reading rests on, and expanded to show how the details and the dreamer change it. Entries with too little to say were merged into fuller ones (pigeon, crow and rooster into the birds entry; swimming into drowning; digging into the well; singing into the tongue; fruit into the garden; gazelle into the animals theme), and the old addresses redirect.

Claims we could not support were removed

The earlier ring entry said ring readings drew on the signet ring of Sulayman, which comes from non-Qur'anic story literature, not from the Qur'an or an authenticated hadith. The new entry rests on what the sources do say. More broadly, the earlier text sometimes wrote "in the tradition reported from Ibn Sirin" for readings we could not trace to him. The new text refers to the dictionary tradition and says when a reading has no text behind it.
